there has been an update to UPK Explorer that resolved the issues that my meshes with my custom skin weights had, this means that the Batman Begins Suit I’ve released a few days ago no longer suffers from weird mesh distortions during various animations now. In addition to that I have also replaced the face textures with a slightly more authentic look for this specific suit and also tweaked the face material a bit to look more natural compared to the somewhat strange shading that Arkham Knight usually has on Batmans face. Another thing I tweaked was the cape mesh, which now has some slight mesh displacement that gives the wrinkles around the shoulders a tiny bit volume of their own.
As many people asked about this, I won’t be making a version with the almost plain rubber gloves the original film prop had, as those are quite frankly just boring, as is trying to make a carbon copy of something. As with the 3D models I’m making for my project, everything is basically a refit/interpretation of my own of the original suits, so complete accuracy is just not something I value too much as long as the end result looks good and like I want it to.
Also its version 3 because I originally released a very broken version on discord, so the version I posted here before already was version 2, in case anyone was wondering.
This skin requires that you own the 2008 Movie Batsuit DLC and have it installed.
To install this skin simply drop the RBmBegins folder from the unpacked download into Batman Arkham Knight/DLC/418930 (the entire folder, not just its contents).
